Clare’s newest park offers visitors panoramic views of dramatic cliffs and breathtaking sunsets over Saint Mary’s Bay and the Gulf of Maine.
The park features a free viewing scope and an accessible picnic shelter. Interpretive panels explain the history and nature of the area. Ample parking.
The centrepiece of the park is a monument commemorating those lost to the sea from the Municipality of Clare. Local sculptor Marc Graff carved the fisherman’s bust that sits atop the monument. A great place to sit and watch waves break!
Toilets onsite.
